Pedigree Resource File Background
For the past several years, personal genealogies submitted by people around
the world have been added to the Pedigree Resource File at FamilySearch.com,
the genealogy web site of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
The Pedigree Resource File search page provides a fill-in-the-blanks search
that allows researchers to get a list of possible matching individuals.
Clicking on an individual in the list displays details for that individual.

System Requirements for PRFMagnet
For IBM and compatible computers with Windows XP or Windows 2000
PRFMagnet has to have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 on the computer in order to run.
The .NET Framework comes standard on XP and on later versions of Windows 2000.
When the Microsoft install program for PRFMagnet begins, if the necessary release of
the .NET Framework is missing, the install will say so and go no further.
If the XP or Windows 2000 system has been kept up to date with all free Microsoft updates
you will most likely have the file.
If you need .NET Framework 1.1, click here to download the .NET Framework 1.1 install.
After saving the install to your desktop, click on it to run the install. Restart your computer
after installing .NET Framework 1.1 and before installing PRFMagnet.
PRFMagnet needs at least a 500MHz CPU and 256 MB of memory.
